Terrible Experience – Not Recommended
I want to share my very bad experience with Shiv Logistics Packers and Movers.
I relocated my household goods from Gurgaon to Pune, and their team came to my home for packing. Right from the start, it was clear that they lacked proper experience. The packing quality was extremely poor, and the goods were packed very carelessly. We had to repeatedly instruct them to handle items properly, but they showed complete laziness and negligence.
Despite our instructions, the pedestal fan base was not packed at all and was taken as-is. Unfortunately, the fan base is now missing, making the pedestal fan completely useless for me.
The representative Amit has been highly unresponsive. He is not picking up calls and is not responding properly to messages. Initially, the estimated cost was quoted as ₹6,000, but later the final bill was increased drastically to around ₹23,000. Out of this amount, ₹11,000 was charged towards insurance. However, now that one of the items is missing, he is neither ready to initiate an insurance claim nor willing to discuss the issue.
At the time of delivery in Pune, the driver hurried us to sign the delivery acknowledgment, insisting that we confirm receipt of all items. At the destination, it was clearly noted that the fan base was not delivered, yet no action has been taken afterward.
Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I strongly recommend not opting for Shiv Logistics Packers and Movers. It is far better to go with a well-known and reliable packer and mover, even if they are slightly more expensive, to avoid such stress and losses.
